Payment for the ticket can be made by payment card, quick transfer from a bank account or BLIK. Order finalization takes place on the secure pages of the Tpay service. Follow the instructions on the following pages to complete the transaction successfully.

After selecting the type of ticket, choosing the payment method (payment card, quick transfer from a bank account, Blik or another available method) and placing an order, the Client is automatically redirected to the secure website of the Tpay service. After entering and checking the necessary data to make the payment, press the "Pay" button. After authorizing the payment, which usually takes a few seconds, the Customer receives information about the result of the authorization. An additional confirmation is an e-mail from the Tpay service, informing about the confirmation or rejection of the payment made.

On the Tpay service, you can make payments with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International, issued by banks. The possibility of paying with a given card depends on the offer of a particular bank. This information should be verified with the bank that issued the card.

On Tpay, you can make payments using fast online transfers (Pay-by-Link) from your bank account. A list of available banks is displayed when you select a payment method on the online store page. We currently cooperate with many banks, such as:

Transaction data is sent via an encrypted connection directly to the payment card authorization center. No unauthorized person can know them. Neither Tpay employees nor the website where you buy the ticket have access to them. The Payment Card Authorization Center only issues a confirmation that the declared payment can be made. The website receives this information via Tpay.

The described situation can have many causes, most often related to the malfunction of web browsers. Please wait a few minutes and then check if you have received a payment confirmation from Tpay to the email address provided. If the message states that the transaction was successful, it means that the money has been transferred to the online ticketing service correctly.

Card authorization when making online payments in Tpay is done immediately, just like when shopping in a store or restaurant. However, each transaction is additionally verified to ensure maximum security for you and your funds. In an online transaction, it is not possible to sign the bill or provide the PIN number of the card, as is the case with standard purchases.

No. Such confirmation only means that the money is collected by the payment intermediary, i.e. Tpay. The proper confirmation of acceptance of the order is an e-mail received from the online ticket sales service, informing about the positive completion of the transaction.

No. During ticket control, the passenger should present the card assigned to the customer's account, as the ticket is linked to that account.

Transactions in the passenger portal are made using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with a digital certificate, which guarantees the confidentiality and integrity of the transmitted data. Data on payment cards, Blik or fast transfers are transmitted directly to the Tpay authorization server. There, the transaction is authenticated and authorized, which ensures complete security of online payments.

SSL is a network protocol that enables secure internet connections. It ensures data encryption, server authentication, and confidentiality of the information in transit. When the browser is connected to the Tpay service, algorithms and encryption keys are established, which then protect the information sent between the browser and the server. SSL is the main method for ensuring the security of online financial transactions.
